As one of the largest rental agencies in the Madison area, we’re dedicated to offering a broad selection of quality living situations for you and your pets.

Most of our units welcome pets according to the following guidelines that we’ve developed over the years to ensure that all our residents (both 2-footed and 4-footed!) can co-exist comfortably.
• Dogs and cats must be at least 1 year old and spayed or neutered.
• Dogs weighing more than 45 lbs. must reside in a first-floor unit.
• Rent will include a monthly pet charge of $20 per cat and $25 per dog. Please note: These fees are negotiable based on your references.
• Tenants are expected to take full responsibility for a pet. Whenever possible, we prefer to verify your pet’s behavior with a previous landlord.
